Easier Floor Please

One thing I don't like about our apartment is the flooring. Oh it's nice and all. It's just too nice and it is definitely not kitty-proof. It's marble flooring and it stains easily. Too easily. Good thing the kitties spend most of their time in the kitty room but when they do get out and vomit (sometimes) and when we are not aware of it and it's left overnight, it STAINS the floors! Sometimes I wish we had garage flooring instead then I don't have to rush for the tissue and disinfectant whenever they puke! Oh well....

Ain't Easy

Sometimes weight loss success stories can really be motivating. It makes me want to start controlling my food intake, eat healthier meals and start to exercise. However as fast as the feeling of motivation came, it would go away the moment the story fade away. I know it's bad but when you are the only one in the household that is trying to lose weight, believe me it's not easy... and it doesn't help when you partner doesn't seem to think you need to lose the weight either :(

Sigh

Kitty Condo

I'm thinking of getting a huge kitty condo for the kitties. No doubt they already have a kitty room and by no means they are going to get locked up in the condo but the condo will serve like some sort of an entertainment centers for them. There are platforms and places to climb so that they have more fun when they are in the kitty room.

I'm excited.. are you excited kitties?

I'm A Mommy

One of the drawback of being a mommy to the furkids is that people don't really consider me a mommy. Some people actually think I'm crazy that I regard them like my kids. I mean just because my "kids" and me don't celebrate mother's day and I don't get mothers day gifts, does not make me less of a mother. I mean at least your "kids" grow up, and leave the nest. Mine? They stay with me forever and NEVER grow up..lol!

But hey, I'm not complaining.. I love my "kids"!

My Baby Blue Eyes

I love looking at mirror, even convex mirror for that matter. Mommy tells me to not be too vain but I can't help it because I'm so pretty. Just look at my blue clear eyes. Even Aggie is jealous...lol. Anyway, mommy removed my victorian collar yesterday and bandaged my tummy instead to make sure I don't lick the wound and cause infection again. I promise to be good mommy!

Get Fit

Mommy seems to think she need to join some of her blogging buddy on some blockbuster diet. She says she can feel herself getting heavier each time she eat her meals. So she is checking out some alli diet pills that seems to work for some of her offline buddy. I wonder how mommy would look all skinny and fit... maybe then she can stop talking about this weight gain nonsense..lol!

Future Stuff

Mommy was checking on some life insurance policy recently for a cousin of hers. It seems this cousin has 6 kids and she needed to save up for their future in case something happens to her or her husband. I don't know much about the subject but I think it is a very responsible thing for her to do. Bravo cousin!

Cute and Chubby

Each time the kitties go to the vet, I would take the opportunity to weight them. Awan for instance on her previous visit was 2.5kilo and Aggies was 4.5kilos. Aggie actually lost a few kilos since her last visit and I'm quite worried. I mean I probably need to take xenadrine rfa x to lose weight, but I don't want my kitties to lose weight ever. I want them chubby and cute all the time!

Sleep is the only Cure

I noticed that each time I lack of sleep, the thing that shows off that condition are my eyes. First they puffed up then they form dark circles. Sometimes applying best under eye cream for dark circles works, sometimes they don't and when that happens, the best cure is of course for me to just sleep. After eight hours of deep slumber, I wake up to beautiful eyes once again!

Sign of Prosperity

Awan came back from the vet on Friday with a "Victorian" collar on her neck because of the infection on her incision. It seems she has been a very busy girl licking the wound and that has caused the infection to start. And.. the fat around her belly area is not helping her either. It seems it's helping the infection to spread. So she is now on antibiotics and anti-swelling medicine for five days. I asked the doctor how to reduce belly fat on cats, and she said, just as human being, fat accumulates there because of low activity and a sign of "prosperity"!

Fading Memory

Sometimes I wish I had a computer memory, that way I can remember lots of stuff and be more efficient all the time. This is especially true of telephone numbers in particular. Nowadays with the memory feature of handphones, I even forget my own home number sometimes and that is bad especially if I forgot my own handphone while going out!

I want my memory back!
